And we are back! Haha! I've been sick and recovering from surgery, and I hope you didn't miss me too much. I'm excited to share a lovely find with you — and I'm typing this on the same day I went, which is quite an achievement for me!
So, I was headed to the UPS Store when I noticed a coffee shop nearby, not just any coffee shop, but one serving Panamanian coffee! I had to check it out, and I'm so glad I did. The wonderful person who took my order made me the perfect strong and sweet cold brew, and we also had a great conversation.
As a New York native, it's refreshing to see people from their respective cities take pride in their work, open businesses, and stay true to themselves. Thank you for the conversation; I will definitely be back. This location is now on my list of favorite coffee spots!
Oh, and did I mention that they have a Geisha blend? It's more tea-like and not as dense as the usual espresso blends. I was able to taste it, and I am absolutely smitten! I was also told that it's best to prepare it using the pour-over method. I will definitely return for it and put my new skills to the test!
